CaseViaUs is a platform that connects clients with lawyers and facilitates:
Browse lawyer profiles, book consultations, communicate securely
Create profiles, manage bookings, communicate with clients
Secure messaging and document sharing
Secure payment handling for consultations
Important: CaseViaUs is NOT a law firm and does NOT provide legal advice. We are a technology platform that connects clients with independent lawyers.

Account Security

Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our discretion. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

Pay for consultations through the platform. All fees are clearly displayed before booking.
Platform fees apply to bookings and are automatically deducted from payments.
All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors (Stripe, Apple App Store, Google Play). Refund policies are subject to the specific terms of each booking.

CaseViaUs is a platform that connects clients and lawyers. We do NOT:
